On construction projects, PCMS is consistently ahead of or on schedule with their work, on budget, and produces high-quality work. This has included dock and seawall repairs or replacements following storm damage, stone revetment work, multi-lane boat ramp replacement, marina, pier, wharf, and marine railway construction. PCMS has also been a sole source contractor on several of our projects for a local power utility company, including some fast-track end-of-year projects that were completed on schedule in winter conditions and working around ship schedules, with exceptional results. This outstanding performance leads to repeat sole-source contracts.
