This unique program helps service members transition from military to civilian life, offering hands-on training and real-world experience that sets them up for long-term success.
Through SkillBridge, transitioning military personnel can gain invaluable exposure to the marine construction and waterfront industry while still completing their service obligations. At PCMS, we offer opportunities across a variety of roles, including:
- Marine construction: learn the ins and outs of building and maintaining waterfront infrastructure.
- Diving operations: hands-on experience with commercial diving projects, inspections, and underwater construction.
- Crane and rigging operations: receive training on equipment handling, safety procedures, and logistics.
- Line handling and waterfront logistics: gain experience coordinating ship movements, cargo handling, and dock operations.
